Court House Legal Services Inc. has been at the top of the process serving industry in the region for more than 30 years. In 2009, CHLS won the first contract and has been the primary subcontractor for civil process for the Camden County Sheriffs Dept through 2023. In both, the City of Philadelphia and the entire state of New Jersey, by rule, we may serve original process (summonses, complaints, citations, etc.) generated within those vicinages. Also, any and all out-of-state papers, federal case documents, subpoenas, family court services may be served by private process server in both New Jersey, Pennsylvania & Delaware.

The rates below are general but encompass all fees including at least 5 attempts, mileage, tolls and a notarized affidavit. First attempts are typically within 3 days of receiving the documents. We offer rush service and stakeout service. A second paper being served at the same location for the same case is only $25 additional. Basic address and name searches on Accurint/Lexis Nexis can be conducted for $15/name to locate respondents who have moved or for address corrections. CHLS also provides services to the various local courts for validating or domesticating subpoenas.
